To add to the-the-hour advertising you can use the "Advertising Screen" normally, or the ability exists to add advertising roster directly on the traffic screen. Be aware however that any spots you add directly using the "Add" button on the Traffic Screen will not be included in any tax invoices prepared on the Advertising screen so if you are using robot to prepare your tax invoices your first step should always be to add to-the-hour spots through the Advertising screen normally.

When you enter the Traffic screen you will see a grid.

The day you are working with is represented across the top, the day part or hour down the left hand side. You can select hours to work with in 7 Day Mode (The default) - in which case the names of the days are displayed across the top of the grid--or in 31 day mode in which case the number of the days is displayed. Regardless the grid only displays 7 days across in advance, so as you advance the "DAY" drop down you will see the days start at that day and spread 7 days across.

To select an hour to work with there is a double select similar to the grids used on other screens in Robot.
Click in the cell of the hour to work with, then in any other to confirm. You will see the word "SELECTED" appear in the cell of the hour and day you are working with. You will also see the day appear below the grid above the edit area:
