You will notice that as you add spots the details are inserted into the grid at the right of the page. You can now edit the spots to be added if you have made a mistake, or you wish to remove some spots. To change a field click in the cell to select then click again to edit The type field is a drop down menu offering "G, H or M" these stand for General rotation, To the Hour and to the minute rotation. The audio filename allows you to select a file. The day and month fields are drop down menus, the year field can be type into. The day part, hour and minute field are also drop down menus. You can type into the charge field.

When you become proficient you can also simply directly edit the spots you wish to add into the grid at the right. Although certain types of rotation require different information to others. For example general rotation spots do not need date entries, to the hour spots do. Or you can continue to use the dialogue at the left to have the grid filled in for you.


You are now ready to finalize the Tax invoice. When you click the "Finalize Invoice" button the current Tax invoice you are working on is closed (i.e. no more spots can be added…at least to this invoice). If you close the program for any reason before clicking the "finalize" button the Tax invoice will be lost and the spots will not be scheduled for playback.

When you finalize the invoice the grid at the right will clear and the spots will be added into Robot for playback. Until you click the "Finalize Invoice" button the spots will not be scheduled for playback.
