COPY HOUR / PASTE HOUR / COPY DAY / PASTE DAY
If you write an hour format and would like to use it for another hour also. Copy the hour then select the other hour and paste the format in. If you set an entire day and would like to use it for another entire day then copy the day, select the other day then paste the format. Pasting overwrites the existing format with the copied format.

Overwrite to Default
Should you setup an hour using hard-coded settings and you would like to change those to the standard defaults you can simply overwrite the whole hour. You might need to use overwrite if you want to change the genre of music played in an hour without having to re-write the format. The "Songs" button will change all of the "SONG" entries in the selected hour to the default song group.  The "Snaps" button will change all of the snap settings in the current hour to their defaults. The "Fades" button will change all of the fade settings in the current hour to their defaults.

Changes you make to the format are saved when you leave the Format screen, change the selected day part or hour, or close the program.

7 DAY ONLY
If you don't wish to plot out each month in advance you can simply set robot to work in a repeating seven day cycle. You tick the "7 Day Only" switch under the "Day" drop down menu to activate this mode. The format is rotated (then repeated) using the format of  days 1-7 in the "Day" drop down menu (any formatting for the other days, 8--31 in the menu, is simply ignored). Format every day part and days 1 to 7 normally for the week. The day numbers 1-7 equate to the days of the week as follows:

When you are operating in "7 Day Only" mode you will also notice a three letter representation of the day (e.g. "MON" for Monday) appears next to the day drop down menu on the "Format" screen, also on the "On Air" screen under the clock. Activating 7 Day Mode will also activate it on other screens.
